Hi Denise. I am a Christian homeschooling mom of two boys ages 12 and 13 and I am also a writer. My articles have been published in various homeschooling publications and I recently self-published a book about our family's homeschooling journey called "The Homeschooling Trail...A Journey of Faith". I have read TONS of Christian fiction but your book MENDING PLACES has held my attention unlike many of the books I've recently picked up. I'm 2/3 of the way through it and I don't want it to end! I'm already looking forward to reading your next book in the series. Thankyou for using your talents in this way. It blesses God and readers alike!

Denise Hunter,
I visited your website today because I wanted to see what other kinds of books you write. I thoroughly enjoyed Kansas Brides and even reread 'Stranger's Bride' because I enjoyed it so much the first time. Thank you for sharing your talent with the public. I wish you the best in the future both professionally as well as personally.

Hi Mrs. Hunter,
I am reading Kansas Brides...and i cant put it down...it is so good and interesting...i am a believer in God and i am a active member in church...but i want to tell you that you have changed my outlook on books...i am a faithful reader... If i couldnt read then i probably wouldnt be able to live...but let me tell you that i am an African American female, 17 years of age...and before i started reading your book...i always read books by black authors...i never ventured...but something made me buy your book...and i begun reading it and i was like...Wow! I should never underestimate anything...you have changed a small part of my life and for that i want to say thank you...you have saved me from a closed mind...Thank you.

Thank you,
Always,

I just finished reading Kansas Brides. It was a book that I could not put down.
Please write more like it.
Please when writing books in a series please list the order that they go in. So many authors are not doing it and it is confusing when you go to read a series and don't which is first.
Keep up the good work and write faster. We need good books on the market that has a plot and not just sex or bed hopping.
Thanks

Dear Denise,
I really liked the book Kansas Brides it is the first book of yours that I have ever read. I have never seen any of your books before. This is the first book that has ever made me cry. I am positive that I will have to go to a gospel store to get these books. I really hope you make a sequel of Kansas Brides I think they are good enough to be made into movies.
sincerely,

Denise,
I just want you to know that I read Mending Places and it was so full of emotion and truth about how God truly has a purpose and a reason in everyone's life. It is one of my favorite books I have read. I thought the topic of the book was going to be a little edgy, but it was very nicely written and many lessons learned. Thanks so much. I can't wait for more of the New Heights Series to come out. Blessings to you and your family.
